RECIPE FOR STACEY
PUMPKIN OATMEAL APPLESAUCE BREAKFAST MUFFINS
1.5 C WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
1 CUP OATMEAL
1/4 C BRWN SUGAR
1/2 t BAKING SODA
1 t BAKING POWDER
1 t SALT
1 t NUTMEG
1/2 t GINGER
1 T CINNAMON
2 EGGS, BEATEN
1/4 C APPLESAUCE
1/2 C CANNED PUMPKIN
1 t VANILLA
1/2-3/4 C SOYMILK
1 T HONEY
1.5 C WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
1 CUP OATMEAL
1/4 C BRWN SUGAR
1/2 t BAKING SODA
1 t BAKING POWDER
1 t SALT
1 t NUTMEG
1/2 t GINGER
1 T CINNAMON
2 EGGS, BEATEN
1/4 C APPLESAUCE
1/2 C CANNED PUMPKIN
1 t VANILLA
1/2-3/4 C SOYMILK
1 T HONEY
MIX DRY INGEDIENTS TOGETHER. MIX WET INGREDIENTS IN SEPARATE BOWL TOGETHER. STIR WET INTO DRY. IF TOO DRY, ADD MORE SOY MILK.POUR INTO MUFFIN CUPS. BAKE AT 375 FOR 30-40 MIN. SO GOOD TO TAKE ALONG AS SNACK OR TRAVELING BREAKFAST! MISS YOU
