7 year itch???

So, Tob and I celebrated our seventh wedding anniversary on the 29th of September. I tried locating one of our wedding pictures, but alas, they are all still boxed up and quite frankly, I wasn't in the mood to unpack a bunch of boxes to find them. Also, we don't have a babysitter here yet we feel comfortable leaving the ladies with, so, we just brought them with us. We got some interesting feedback on that choice, but we decided that since having kids was one of our commitments to each other, why miss out on a fun weekend in Kona just because we have kids?

I also wanted to list a few fun facts about the seven years as a married couple Toby and I have experienced:

Three different homes: Torrey, Utah, Holliday Utah, and Pahoa Hawaii. (soon to be changing locations, but that is another story..)

Three girls in five years. (we did say we wanted our kids close in age..)

Two Universities, one community college..still no degree for me

3 surgeries

job growth and opportunities

Two dogs, one cat..(poor chester, and also watson..) two horses..(thank god that ended up being temporary..)

One disasterous motorhome

giving away almost all of our things to start over again.

endless laughter, occasional tears, and always, of course, L O V E

I am elbowing the baby in the face to get closer to my honey. Sad fact: it didn't even occur to us to sit next to each other. I guess we know what happens when a 6, 3, and 1 yr old sit right next to each other

So funny. She would only smile "like a bunny mom."

sharing a pretzel moment

Poser. She is totally mine

Loved watching this

my other dinner date. bottle of milk, check, bottle of wine...not so much
Toby didn't believe me when I said this bag cost at least 1600.00. No way, says he..After consulting with the saleswoman, who by the way frowned upon by hubby's footwear, flipflops of course, he reported the bag was actually 3900.00. He seemed grateful about the 25.00 beach bag I am using as a diaper bag i've been schlepping around. He kissed me many times and said he was grateful I wasn't one of "those" women. I reminded him I have small kids, and jam does not compliment the leather. Also, that my kids would eventually be bigger. I giggled at the look of fear in his eyes. I'm kidding said I. Kind of
So sweet
Tiki torch, of course
What do you do when the pool is ten feet one way, and the ocean is ten feet the other way? run through the sprinklers of course

Oh, how romantic
