I personally think all the lava rock more than makes up for size difference. I mean really, that helps the kids learn not to fall when they are running! Who wants to clean a house that big anyway? Miss your face!
Oh but remember this difference too. (just trying to make you feel better.. I know exactly how you feel!)
Apparently Hawaii is immune to the rest of the country's housing issues. Geez, it is amazing what you don't get for your money. Sherine is right though, it is PARADISE!!
